NCF 2012 Day 7

Today started off with Carson competing in the Toddler Trot. After a little confusion at the start he took off and ended up taking second in his heat. Then Nana took Carson home for a nap while I took the older two to the Open Space for some more fun. We watched some more Ultimate Air Dogs, had lunch, watched Cherry Idol, did some arts and crafts as well as the kids Chalk Art competition. We've had some really hot days which puts a little damper on the fun, but overall the kids have been doing great. The kids headed to Nana and Papa's for an overnight while Trevor and I attended the Queen's Coronation Ball. Trevor had to swear in the new Cherry Queen. It was a really nice time and the most time we have been able to spend together all week! Almost through the week which is bittersweet of course. :)
