It's that time of year again!! The National Cherry Festival is here and the kids could not be more excited! We started the day off at the Big Wheel Race. It is Lauren's last year that she can participate and she did very well. She did not win, but she had fun she told me. Camden actually took 3rd place which earned him another ribbon. The kids got to see Mr. Cherry there as well. Carson was not too impressed and wanted nothing to do with him! Later, we met up with friends for the air show over West Bay. Our friends from the Grand Rapids area were in town. Both the Rinckey family and the Vugteveen family. My cousin Colette and her family met us there as well. It was great to spend time with old friends. The kids had a lot of fun and luckily the weather was milder in temperature so we could all enjoy it!
