Heaven gained an angel last night as our dear friend Mikayla Rose Dykstra passed away and went to be with our Lord. Mikayla is Lauren's little friend and one of my best friends Julie's daughter. No words can describe the pain and disbelief that we are in at this time and our hearts ache for her family. We pray for understanding and guidance as they go forward with their lives. We are so blessed to have known her for her short five years on this earth. She was truly an amazing little girl with so much fight and love for life. Lauren is really going to miss her wonderful friend. Here are some pictures of their years together. We love and miss you Mikayla!!
