Today was the BIG day! Lauren has been working hard in dance class for weeks leading up to the Spring Recital. We did her hair and make-up and dressed her in her cute costume. She did GREAT on stage! Mom and Dad were in the audience along with Nana and Papa and Grandma and Grandpa. She received several flowers after her performance to reward her hard work. We were not allowed to take pictures during the actual performance, but we did get some of her on stage at the rehearsal. They danced to Rock-a-bye-Baby and held dolls during the routine that were dressed just like the girls that they get to keep. Lauren had so much fun dancing that she is thinking she might try tap dancing next.
