We just got home from a family vacation to Minneapolis, MN. The car ride should take about 12 hours, but took us more like 15-16 with multiple stops to let the kids out to run around and burn off some energy. We also discovered that Lauren gets car sick which makes for an interesting trip! We finally got smart and bought a bucket to keep close to her. She did much better on the ride home. On the way to Minnesota we stopped in Manistique, MI to visit the Jones family. It has been way too long since we've seen them! It was nice to get the kids together. While we were in Minnesota we visited with Trevor's aunt Sandy and uncle Jerry who live there and his aunt Sharon, aunt Dianne and friend Mary who also made the trip to visit. We went to the Minnesota Zoo and the Mall of America. We also had lots of fun in the hotel pool and visited several parks. Here are some pictures of our adventures.
